Double Batch - Vienna Lager - Wolfgang

The Country Pumpkin Ale! A slightly spooky Halloween special All Grain Recipe Kit

Double Batch - Country Bumpkin Ale - Spiced Beer

Double Batch - Roggenbier - Reptar

You've heard of the typical rye names before. Pretty Fly for a Rye Guy, Little Red Rye-dinghood, Rye Hard, Catcher in the Rye..oh wait thats anything new.. forget that last one.

If you or your kids were alive in the 90s then this one is for you! Get fired up with this Rugrats Roggenbier Reptar! You may not be breathing fire after drinking this, but you might be a little hot under the collar after brewing with rye*

Roggenbiers are a spicy historical beer from Germany, similar to a dunkelweizen (dark wheat beer) but featuring Rye Malt instead of wheat malt for a delicious, slightly spicy taste, reminiscent of pumpkernickel. Using a classic wheat beer yeast, you will get a hint of banana and clove that perfectly complements the malt bill.

Go on. Get in touch with your inner firebrething dinosaur. You know you want to!

*Just kidding. We include a bag of rice hulls with this one to ensure a smooth brewday with no stuck, sticky mashes.

Please note that all Kegland All Grain Recipe Kits include MILLED grain, ready to go.

Please see the 'Recipe Sheet' for more details on how to brew this kit.

Note that the instructions are specific to a 65L BrewZilla setup. To adapt the recipe for other systems, please use this link to import the original recipe from Brewfather. We highly recommend using Brewfather to calculate changes to water quantities and water chemistry.
