This traditional light coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgium Caramelised beet sugars. It will not add any colour to the wort and is ideal for use in light coloured Belgian styles such as Belgian blondes and Belgian Golden Strong Ales or for use in traditional Belgian trappist beers such as singles and tripels.

This traditional light coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgium Caramelised beet sugars.
It will not add any colour to the wort and is ideal for use in light coloured Belgian styles such as Belgian blondes and Belgian trappist singels.
This clear Belgian Candi Syrup can also be used as a starting to point to produce darker Candi Syrups by simply caramelising it further on the stove.
It can also be used to increase the sugar content of any beer style to increase the ABV without an impact on the colour of the wort.
Clear Candi Syrups can also be used as a sugar source for making hard seltzers with the addition of a champagne yeast such as Lalvin EC-1118 and yeast nutrient.
