Wonderful floral and citrus hop notes sing on the palate, balanced by a warm, sweet malt finish. This American IPA can be boosted by dry hopping. We highly reccomend any American Aroma / Dual Purpose Hop to be used in secondary fermentation. Simcoe + Amarillo is a very good combo. We reccomend any amount added depending on your liking. For example: 75g Amarillo and 75g Simcoe for a flavour blast to the senses.
