"I've been mashing in my Digiboil 35L for a few years now, and always using mesh bags. These bags eventually tear, and I've had one catastrophically fail during a mash. Upgrading to a malt pipe has been a game changer. Easier to use. Easier to clean. Easier to sparge. It's just objectively better than a bag."
