Tested and designed to smoke up to 12 hours with Lumber Jack Competition Grade Pellets*.
*Smoking time is also dependent on the wood fuel type (chip, pellets), variety (hickory, maple, etc) and the ambient atmosphere. We recommend using pellets for consistent repeatability and weighing them out before hand.

Our pump is suited to run low and slow much like your favourite bbq meats!

Mount the smoker to your chamber then simply follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Remove the stainless steel cap and fill the smoke generator with smoking pellets.*
STEP 2: Plug the pump into mains power and use a jet lighter to ignite the pellets through the hole in both sides of the smoker.
STEP 3: Sit back and watch the smoking process.

Features:
- 20mm OD Outlet.
- Constructed from Heavy Duty 304 Stainless Steel.
- Seamless mounting, assembly, disassembly, ash disposal and cleaning super quick and easy.
- 1L Hopper that holds your pellets and  provides clean smoke for up to 12 hours when fully loaded.*
- Low and Slow air pump with black silicone hose (1000mm) for optimum smoking results.
- Sturdy Stainless Steel Lid (open with care when hot)
- Sturdy base alows the cold smoking unit to be mounted resting on the ground or shelf.  Just line up the smoke outlet with the hole in your smoking chamber and you are offandsmoking.
- Alternatively using the mounting bracket to affix to your smoking chamber, vessel, fridge etc.

*Pellets and even woodchips may go out after a short while and if this happens a larger heat source will be required. Fill smoke generator up to the output tube with pellets or wood chips and then place a red hot piece of charcoal or wooden block then fill with pellet/chips.

Wrong shelves

"I bought a kegerator to use as a fermentation fridge, with the added benefit of installing 2 shelves when not fermenting beer, to be used as an extra household fridge,at Xmas time. But unfortunately (for me) the shelves that I ordered, were for a series 1, and my kegerator is a series 4, which didn't fit, even though the fridge has the shelf grooves on the inside."

Works well straight out of the box

"Worked well straight out of the box. Is proper stainless steel and passed the fridge magnet test. Well made and fitted together well Pleasantly surprised it had a 2 speed pump as I’d read it was only one speed. Didn’t come with instructions but it’s easy enough to find out enough on the net of this type of smoke generator. More than pleased with the generator and can see this lasting for many years"

Great stainless Smoker

"Looked at a few obvious ones on the net and just couldn't justify the price. Did some research and found the smoker at KegLand and was definitely a far better option against the other. Shipping was fast and arrived zero problems. Of course I tried it straight away with a roast pork on our family Q BBQ. The Smoker performance was way above anything that I'd expected. I had smoked before but had to wet the chips and place them into the BBQ itself on a burner. The Smoker fitted perfectly into the side as I kept the Webber bench lowered to which it sat nicely on. End result being dry woodchuck burned and smoked non stop for 5 hours and was nothing short of miraculous for something, that I took a gamble on. Cannot recommend this enough to anyone considering taking the plunge."
