This is an upgrade kit for existing FermZilla Tri-Conical and All Rounder Fermenters users who want to use the new 2" Tri-Clover Adapted Pressure Lid.
Constructed from Nylon 12: An autoclavable, extremely robust, and chemical resistant engineering plastic.

"Looks like it could land on the moon so I had high expectations that it could deliver hops without introducing oxygen, particularly as it is a rather expensive upgrade to a $100 fermenter package (Fermzilla all rounder). Unfortunately, the butterfly valve does not hold any pressure so when the cap is removed to attach the hop bong I went down to zero psi in the fermenter head space. The flange connections also tend to leak and it took a few rounds of re-tightening to get the fermenter over 10 psi. For the price, its a disappointing product that needs to be redesigned with a better valve and seals that clamp vertically rather than laterally."
