By participating in our rewards program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility: The KegLand Rewards Program is open to retail customers only who have registered an account on the KegLand website at www.kegland.com.au. Participants must be located within Australia to be eligible for program benefits. 

Please note: Rewards and referral programs are currently only available to customers located in Australia.

Why you Should Join our Program?

• Earn points for purchases, reviews, and promotions.
• Refer a friend and both of you receive a 5% discount.
• Points are valid for 6 months.
• Redeem points for discounts on future purchases.
• Eligible for exclusive promotions and offers.
• Enhance your shopping experience and be rewarded for your loyalty.

Earning Points

Points can be earned through various activities, including but not limited to: 

• Making purchases on www.kegland.com.au: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. 
• Writing product reviews: Earn points for sharing your feedback on purchased items. 
• Participating in promotional activities: Enjoy special point-earning opportunities during specified promotions.
• Currently only available for our customers in Australia. 

Points are not earned through the following:

• In-person purchases at KegLand's physical store (online orders for in-store pickup are eligible).
• Purchases made through KegLand distributors.
• Orders placed via phone, email, or online chat.
• Orders made through wholesale or trade accounts.

Refer a Friend

Requirements for a Successful Referral:

• When you refer a friend, both of you can earn a 5% discount.
• To qualify for the discount, both you and your referred friend must make a minimum purchase of $50 each at KegLand.
• This offer is valid only if your friend hasn't purchased from KegLand before.

Points Expiry:

Points earned through purchases have a validity period of 6 months from the date of acquisition.

Points earned through other activities may have varying expiry dates.

Redemption of Points:

• Points can be redeemed on the KegLand retail website at www.kegland.com.au during the checkout process.
• Every 100 points can be used to redeem $1 in value, subject to the exclusion of certain items or promotional prices.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value outside the KegLand Rewards Program.
• To redeem points, you need a minimum of 1000 points to redeem $10.

Termination of the Program:

KegLand reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the KegLand Rewards Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

In the event of program termination, all unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. 

Removal of Individual Eligibility:

KegLand reserves the right to reduce or remove a customer's point balance and/or their eligibility for the program at any time and at its sole discretion. 

Privacy:

By participating in the KegLand Rewards Program, you agree that KegLand may collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. 

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the KegLand Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

KegLand reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions or any aspect of the program, including point earning and redemption opportunities, expiration policies, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to regularly review the KegLand Rewards Program Terms and Conditions page for any updates or modifications. 

Please note that modifications to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the KegLand website.
