30 Watts Heater Belt

"The 30 Watt Heater Belt I got from KegLand works perfectly. As it’s winter at the moment and I’m brewing in a shed I have the Fermenter in a fridge ( not turned on at the moment, that will be in Summer ) I have linked it to an Inkbird ITC308 Temperature Controller. It holds a constant 21 degrees, perfect."

Retire your old heat pads!

"I can't tell you how nice it is just to have a heat pad/wrap that actually reaches all the way around your fermenter and secures firmly without using extra straps. I haven't had an issue in winter time maintaining 37° temps for kveik in my fermenting fridge for a 46 litre batch. This thing is just perfect, so much better than my other wraps and pads."

Highly recommended

"Awesome reliable product. Wattage is perfectly low so at just to subtly warm. Has the added benefit of covering my mash from the light as my fermenting fridge has a glass door. Great price too. NB: check the circumference of you fermenter to ensure this is not too big or small. It was a little large for my 15 ltr plastic fermenter. However still works perfectly."

Good value for money

"Overall, no real issues. Does what it says. Would be improved with a better strap to attach - can be a bit fiddly when the velco gets caught as you're trying to attach. Also - I get a lot of messages from the temp controller saying the temperature that is trying to be reached cannot get there. Not sure if that is because the belt lacks a bit of punch, or not? It is always within about 0. 5c, so no big issue. I haven't yet tried pushing it harder than that temp. I'd still happily buy again, just loses a few points for the above reasons."

Great

"Bought 2 to use on the fermzilla and they work perfectly, just use a bungee cord to hold them in place"

Simple, effective, reliable

"As it says on the can - simple, effective, reliable. Recommend using in conjunction with a RAPT temperature controller"
