BrewZilla Gen 4.1 Features and Specifications
Improved Features
Concave Base: The new full width concave base means you can easily drain every last drop of precious wort. It also makes the BrewZilla Gen 4 range suitable for CIP using the Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor
PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade: (Standard in Gen 4.1 and later) With the transparent sight glass you'll be able to sparge with confidence to the exact pre boil level required.
Adjustable Clamps: Fitted as standard on Gen 4.1, and retrofittable on previous generations, these are designed with distillers in mind. The adjustable clamps make it easy to get enough tension on any distillation lid for a perfect seal every time! NOTE: Not to be used on included glass lld unless you love the sound of breaking glass.
Shallow False Bottom: The included false bottom is much lower in profile compared to previous generations due to the concave base. This means the recoverable dead space is much smaller. The screen also prevents at least 95% of hop matter and trub from entering the pump, minimising blockages.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements: The BrewZilla range features significantly lower watt density than other breweries. This reduces the chance of boilovers, makes brewing pale or light coloured beers much easier, as well as reducing cleanup time and the risk of scorching or burning.
Improved Base Design: The electronics are now housed in an accessible but sealed enclosure, allowing us to eliminate the bottom cover. This means fast and easy access to the pump for cleaning or re-plumbing if desired.
Larger, Two Stage Malt Pipe: The new malt pipe design is 30% larger making it easier to brew more beer or bigger beers or both! The new malt pipe has a two stage design allowing you to lift the malt pipe in easy stages before sparging. (Not available in all markets)
Heat Exchange Dish (HED): The HED is an upgradeable accessory for the BrewZilla Gen 4 range. This is deigned to sit underneath the false bottom of the BrewZilla. It forces wort to circulate around the elements and over the temperature probe during recirculation or when the pump is running. This assists with heat exchange, temperature accuracy and better thermal stability during the mash. The 100L BrewZilla comes with an HED as standard
RAPT Compatibility
The BrewZilla Gen 4 range is part of the RAPT ecosystem. Fully WiFi and Bluetooth* capable, the RAPT ecosystem allows for almost completely automated brew days. Using the RAPT Brew App, you can create powerful and complex automations for complex step mashing, time delayed brewing (set everything up at night and wake up to strike water at the perfect temperature).
Adding a RAPT Bluetooth Thermometer to the system allows for Bluetooth control of mash temperature directly from the grain bed! This simple to use, real time temperature control takes the guesswork out of mash temperature entirely – apart from lifting the malt pipe and adding hops, you can leave the BrewZilla Gen4 to handle the rest!
Check out this video to see just how easy your brew day can be with a BrewZilla Gen 4 and RAPT Bluetooth Thermometer:
All RAPT Devices work through the RAPT Brew App. The RAPT Brew App is a native IOS and Android App with easy to use but amazingly powerful features. Setup complex Automations to control fermentation and brewing. Monitor your beer remotely every step of the way. Automatically carbonate using the RAPT Digital Regulator & Spunding Valve, or track your consumption and make sure your kegs never run dry with the RAPT Laser Level Sensor.
The RAPT ecosystem includes products that automate every step of the brewing process, and also bring fantastically powerful control. Using a RAPT Pill in conjunction with a RAPT Fermentation Chamber or Temperature Controller unlocks the ability to control your fermentation using real time gravity data – ensuring a fast, clean and compete fermentation every time!
The power of RAPT can be accessed anywhere you have internet access, using the RAPT Brew App or the RAPT Brew Web App (coming very soon)

If you need a larger all in one brewery, we carry a full range of BrewZilla sizes:
"Works great, but died just inside of a year. For $1300 you would expect far more than a year worth of service. Not recommended. There's no warranty info provided in the box or online, which likely means there isn't any. Buy anything else."

Awesome product
"Awesome brew size, great heating speed, can’t wait to get the extension for it. Super easy to use and set up"
— Robert P. (5/5)
Same amount of work, triple the amount of beer!!
"Nearly 12 months of use, an absolute time saver! The units ability to heat strike water up fast is amazing! It’s just so nice being able to make larger batches of beer and spend less time working and more time drinking your product!"

Top of the range
"Upgraded from the 65L. Absolute cracker of a boiler. 40 mins heat up time for 90L, had to get my electrician to put in a 32amp lead to run the 6.6kW element, built in voltage control to regulate the boil if you're distilling, I put a silicone hose on the sparge arm with a hose clamp to drain the boiler after distilling. Highly recommend this boiler. Cannot wait for the boiler extensions to be released because this boiler will easily manage it."

Happiest man on campus
"Upgraded from the 65L digiboil. Absolute beast of a boiler. 45mins to heat up to temp. The ability to dial back the voltage to regulate the boil is a absolute game changer. Running in single phase configuration (had to get a electrician to run a new circuit). 100% power for heat up and 35% power for the distillation. Cannot wait for you guys to bring out the boiler extensions for the 100L Gen 4. Highly recommend this boiler unit. Life changing 👌"

I like it, but it needs some planning.
"Quality is very nice and the machine works as advertised. The connectivity with brewfather is great, the false bottom is great and the centre drain is great. Couple things to be wary of, it comes with the white 32A single phase plug. To change it to 3 phase you need a 5-pin socket. 3 phases, neutral and earth and obviously 5 core 10A cable. My shed had 4 pin 3 phase sockets, so had to get a new cable installed. Lifting the grain basket takes some doing and I can't recommend the kegland red webbing lifter enough, after my first couple of near disasters with ropes and pulys. The basket has to be lifted straight and true if you put side load on the malt pipe the bottom screen will pop out. Arrrhh!!!. This machine with a couple 60l allrounders definatly keeps the fridge stocked. I need a jacket and an extension please."
