This particular all grain kit is designed to be brewed on ANZAC Day (25th of April) to commemorate the spirit of the Anzacs who landed in Gallipoli in 1915 as part of the Allies' invasion. This is why all profits from every recipe kit sold will be donated to a selective charity of our choice.
