This Hazy Pale Ale pours a dense, murky pale straw colour with a fluffy, persistent white head, looking every bit the modern hazy. A powerhouse combination of Simcoe, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops unleashes a fragrant burst of ripe pineapple, juicy tangerine, and a hint of passionfruit. The flavour profile is pure tropical juice; bright notes of citrus and sweet tangerine dominate, backed up by deeper flavours of mango. It's all delivered with a deliberate low bitterness, letting the pure hop character shine.
