Sodastream cylinder valve

This valve has a normal right hand thread and you can insert and remove this type of valve with a spanner.
No thread tape is necessary to fit this valve. This valve is the o-ring type so the o-ring already included on the valve will seal against the face of the cylinder neck.
The cylinder valve has integrated 250bar burst disk and self closing pin to shut off the flow of gas.
If you need a replacement o-ring for this valve the part number is KL13994
NOTE: To correctly install this valve we recommend a valve tighness of 85-90Nm

"Unfortunately this replacement valve for the Kegland Sodastream adapter has a different sized male thread on the end which fits into the valve housing. It doesn’t fit my adapter so either the size has been changed in the few years since I bought my kit, or the valve comes in two different thread sizes. Neither of which is explained anywhere so this was a waste of money for me."
